Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of the vintage, rare and antique items, all sales are final; We are unable to offer refunds, credits, or exchanges. We make every effort possible to accurately describe the items that we list through the description and pictures.
Please read the descriptions, examine the photos carefully, and feel free to ask questions that you may have about an item to ensure that you are completely satisfied prior to making your purchase.
Damaged Deliveries:
We inspect each item; and carefully package all orders for shipping. However, should your order arrive damaged, or if there is a discrepancy during delivery, it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to contact us immediately, or no later than 48 hours of delivery to promptly resolve the issue. If it is not reported within the allotted time frame (48 hours), Aunt Pudding's Finds will not be liable.
Purchaser/Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs relating to the damaged order. The damaged item must be returned in protective packaging which must include its original shipping box(s), labels, packing materials, and photos, for a claim for damages to be processed. It may be required by the carrier to settle a claim.
